How long does shipping take?
Every order goes through a curated sourcing and quality-assurance inspection phase before it ships — foam density, stitching, and packaging are checked before anything leaves for delivery. Standard delivery is 8–12 business days, and you'll receive full tracking information the moment your order ships so you can follow it the entire way.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes — if you're not satisfied with how your NuAlign pillow supports your sleep, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
