These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NuAlign Wellness website, products, and services ("Site"). NuAlign Wellness is operated out of Sun City Center, Hillsborough County, Florida. By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NuAlign Wellness sells ergonomic memory foam cervical pillows designed to support neck and posture comfort. We do not represent our products as medical devices, and no statements on this Site are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results may vary.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities purchased per person or household, at our sole discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment Disclaimer
NuAlign Wellness operates using a third-party fulfillment and shipping model. Standard delivery windows are estimated at 8–12 business days, though actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our direct control. By placing an order, you acknowledge that estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, that NuAlign Wellness's maximum liability for shipping delays is limited to refund or replacement of the affected order, and that NuAlign Wellness is not liable for delays once a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, NuAlign Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
