NuAlign Wellness — Shipping Policy

NuAlign Wellness is based in Sun City Center, Florida. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, coverage, and rates.

1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states under our "Domestic USA" shipping zone. Standard tracked shipping is offered free of charge (Tracked Posture Shipping — $0.00) on all domestic orders.

2. Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and quality-inspected before shipping, with delivery typically taking 8–12 business days from the date of purchase. This window reflects our curated sourcing and quality-assurance process, not standard carrier transit time alone.

3. Order Cutoff & Processing
Orders are confirmed and handed off to our fulfillment partner within 24–48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Delays
If your order has not arrived within the 8–12 business day window, or if tracking shows no movement for 5+ consecutive business days, please contact us at restwellventures@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner directly.

6. International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability and rates may vary by destination. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are shipping outside the United States to confirm availability.

7. Incorrect Addresses
NuAlign Wellness is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
