NuAlign Wellness — Refund & Return Policy
NuAlign Wellness is operated out of Sun City Center, Florida. We want you to love your cervical pillow — this policy outlines exactly how refunds, returns, and shipping issues are handled.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
All orders are custom-routed through our fulfillment network and generally arrive within 8–12 business days from the date of purchase. This window accounts for quality-controlled sourcing and processing time. Please allow the full window to pass before contacting us about a delayed delivery, as premature cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has entered fulfillment.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. After this window, the order is considered locked for processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Return Eligibility
Because our cervical pillow is a personal-use sleep product, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
Products that show signs of use, odor, staining, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return for hygiene and quality-assurance reasons.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at restwellventures@gmail.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
- Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — at no additional cost to you
We do not require damaged or defective items to be shipped back unless otherwise specified, to keep the resolution process fast and simple for you.
5. Return Shipping
- For eligible returns due to buyer's remorse or comfort preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, NuAlign Wellness covers all return-related costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for customer-initiated returns, as NuAlign Wellness is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected (or a damage claim is approved), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Orders where the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
- Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as "not received" without a corresponding carrier investigation
- Items returned outside the 14-day window or showing signs of use
8. Order Status & Delays
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days beyond the standard 8–12 day window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner directly.
